FDI Advisory Group Public Record Clarification and Disengagement Statement

FDI Advisory Group is publishing this statement to correct the public record and prevent ongoing confusion following a series of press releases and social media posts issued by Global e·dentity that reference FDI Advisory Group and imply a licensing relationship that did not exist in the manner described.

What FDI Advisory Group Was – And Was Not

FDI Advisory Group engaged in exploratory discussions with Global e·dentity regarding potential opportunities in banking and identity solutions. These discussions were investigative in nature and subject to due diligence, technical validation, and the execution of definitive agreements.

  • No executed conditional licensing agreement was entered into
  • No exclusive rights were granted, conditionally or otherwise
  • No license was delivered, activated, or put into effect
  • Only a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) was executed

Who Made the Decision to Discontinue Discussions

FDI Advisory Group made the decision to discontinue discussions after completing our internal review. This was not the result of an "ended agreement" because no such executed licensing agreement existed to terminate. Exploratory discussions were concluded and all funds were refunded in full. There are no ongoing obligations or restrictions between the parties.

Why We Disengaged

FDI Advisory Group's decision was based on a combination of contractual, technical, and compliance risk factors identified during internal review:

  • No dedicated vein/vascular biometric reader hardware was received or validated
  • No validated real-time vein/vascular biometric authentication functionality was observed matching public claims
  • Complete technical documentation and third-party validation were not provided
  • Architectural elements and data flows required clarification and were inconsistent with representations
  • Unable to independently verify the solution met standards for banking, government, or high-risk identity environments

FDI Advisory Group does not proceed into high-stakes deployments without documented verification, documented ownership/authorization, and formally executed terms.

Misuse of FDI Advisory Group Name and Public Confusion

FDI Advisory Group has observed public statements implying that Global e·dentity granted FDI Advisory Group exclusive global licensing rights and later "ended" a conditional licensing agreement. That characterization is not accurate and creates needless confusion.

  • FDI Advisory Group does not endorse Global e·dentity's public claims as "validated" or "deployed"
  • FDI Advisory Group does not authorize use of its name to imply partnership or technical validation where none exists
  • Rumble was never a customer, licensee, or contracting party in connection with Global e·dentity

Documentation Exists

FDI Advisory Group has preserved contemporaneous records including agreements, correspondence, payment/refund confirmations, and technical review artifacts. We can provide documentation to appropriate parties upon request (e.g., compliance teams, counsel, or platform moderators), but will not publish private materials in public threads.

FDI Advisory Group's intent with this statement is simple: protect the integrity of our company's public record and prevent reliance on inaccurate statements. We will not engage in public back-and-forth beyond this clarification. No further public comment will be provided.
